completely humiliated. Unprofessional treated.
I had been admitted by my orthopedic surgeon and told to stay until he could evaluate me. Dr. Ellis walked into my room Monday morning and said “You don’t need to be here”. This was on a Friday, in which my orthopedic surgeon had seen me that morning and told me to stay until Monday morning. It was unprofessional the way in which she conducted herself. My health and care, was not a priority. No explanation for why she said that ; “there was no reason for me to be there”. This conduct has put my health at risk.

This woman is a careless physician and should not be allowed to practice medicine in the state of Georgia. If she is assigned to you, do yourself a favor and request another Doctor.

Patient BEWARE! This was THE absolute worst experience with a physician I have EVER had. As a medical professional myself, I am equipped to ask the right questions & be an advocate for my own care, but even that did not help! She is, hands down, THE worst Dr I have ever received care from (& I use the word “care” VERY loosely) OR worked with in 25 years of nursing across many different states & many different countries as well. If you or your family member happen to get her as your physician while in the hospital, DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to get a different physician!! WHATEVER IT TAKES! If she’s offended, so be it, your very life may depend on it. Do Not Trust Her. I don’t even care that her bedside manner stinks-that’s not even an issue. The issue is inadequate medical care & lack of respect for her patients & their family members. She honestly just seems to enjoy wielding her “power” over her patients, and having the last word because she can. Patient Beware! 8/4/2019

A typical protocol doctor that doesn't care to go above and beyond to help the patient.

Dr. Evil! Do not allow her to be attending doctor to your loved one left in Coliseum Northside’s care! She cares for nothing other than her own pride. She doesn’t care about helping her patient, thinks the elderly are worthless and will do anything to get her way! Dr. Ellis =Dr. Evil!

Horrible doctor. Could care less about any patient in her care. If you are assigned this hospitalist, ask for someone else.
