I was a patient of Dr. Zart for many years. I started as cash paying patient with no insurance, and stayed with her after moving all my doctors to Cleveland Clinic, after moving to Cuyahoga county, even after her office moved further east. After experiencing a recurring issue, I consulted Dr. Zart last year. She ran a few tests and tried a different medication, but the results didn't change. This year she told me that she had exhausted all tests and that I would have to learn to live with my issue as there was nothing wrong medically. I really wasn't happy with that, so I sought a second opinion with a CC doctor. It took him one visit and one test to find the issue and schedule the necessary surgery. I am incredibly disappointed by Dr. Zart. I trusted her to help me, and she gave up on me. I think maybe somewhere along the line, Dr. Zart became less focused on her patients and more focused on something else. Doctors are supposed to listen and care, and Dr. Zart did neither for me.
