Dr. Janice Feng, MD

Dr Feng was my primary physician for the 5 years I lived in Columbus Ohio. I can't say enough good things about her. Never had an issue with an appointment, was always quick to get in and out, and was always greeted like a valued client. Had I not moved I would still definitely be going to her clinic.

I adore Dr.Feng. She’s very caring and will advocate for her patients to ensure they receive the best care. She is great with communication and her bedside manner is amazing. I feel totally safe in her care and trust her judgement 100%.

Janice Feng is, without hyperbole, the single worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She is dismissive of patient concerns and has little advice to give outside of being critical of patients' weight (a service that we can all get for free from our mothers, thanks). She bills for full offices visits just to sign work required biometrics forms (despite a patient already paying her office for the lab work itself) or to simply make referrals. Any criticism made of her is deflected with "sorry - office protocol." I cannot express with enough urgency how critical it is that you avoid this horrid excuse for a caregiver - unless you enjoy just being a cash farm for a lazy, uncaring, overpaid doctor.

I know a PCP can only do so much, and often it ends in a referral. But, I've had Dr. Feng help me in situations where no other doctor would. I went to call a surgeon on a weekend number today. I assumed if he never answered(I was unable to pickup antibiotics) the next thing I would do is reach out to Feng's office. I realized I needed to review some of my favorite doctors - Since I have dozens, and only like a few. Dr. Feng is at the top of that list for me.

Dr. Feng has been my primary care physician for several years and I feel well taken care of by her. We went through a collaborative process over several months of trying different medications for a particular condition, and she stuck with it until we found the best option for me. She is efficient but warm, and is always ready to take time to address my concerns. It is also very easy to reach her or her office through her patient portal, and she is very responsive to questions.

When my doctor retired I was heartbroken, but have found an excellent, caring physician to take his place. Dr Feng is great - knows just how to handle emergencies. so glad I found her

Upon my initial experience with Dr. Feng I really thought I found a great doctor now I’ve come to find that didn’t last very long. I only see her four times a year for 15 minutes that’s a total of less than an hour year I don’t feel like she Even knows me especially not enough to cast such harsh judgments up on me when I’m just looking for help. I’ve told her traumatic things I’ve never told another soul in my life and she acted like I just told her I fell down and scraped my knee or something

I went to Dr. Feng's for memory issues for about half a year - she totally ignored me and said it was common, even relating my symptoms to how a new mom is often forgetful - I don't have any children. After begging, she gave me a referral to get testing done. I paid nearly $1000 out of pocket to get these tests done, and when I brought the results back that proved that I wasn't making it up, Dr. Feng still wanted me to come in and see her for an untold amount of months before taking action.

Dr Feng is really a very cool, professional, friendly and energetic. She is very practical. I visited her today at the Urgent care as I had swelling in the chest bone. Waiting time for very less. Dr Feng clearly explained the actual problem. She didn't recommend for any chest x-ray or any additional tests to be done. She asked me to exercise regularly. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Feng is awesome. Her staff is very polite and considerate. I don't leave a lot of reviews but I had to grade my visit. I have a very busy schedule and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Within that time, I got so much information and my exam was thorough. She is very personable and really break things down. Overall great care.

I recently switched PCP providers and am glad I found Dr. Feng. She is very thorough and took the time to discuss, at length, my treatment options in the future and she was very efficient. I look forward to working with Dr. Feng as my Doctor in the future.

Initially, I felt she was a good primary care physician, however, is not competent to deal with various medical conditions or more than one issue at a time. I was very upset with her as my recent PCP. I dropped her immediately after I felt like I was going to get real unprofessional. I will say that her assistant Jessica H is very nice and knows how to talk to patients. I am dealing with an unknown medical condition and Jessica has been very kind throughout my experience. Dr. Feng 3 thumbs DOWN!

Awesome. She took her time with me and we discussed options for my treatment. She has called me twice to discuss lab results and how I am doing. I find her very thorough and helpful.
