Janeta Tansey is the most skilled psychiatrist and among the most compassionate individuals I've ever encountered. ?I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 35 years ago. I saw lots of psychiatrists over the first 25. Their goal was always for me to be “functional.” Sometimes they succeeded. Then I had the good fortune to find Dr. Tansey ten years ago. She's treated me ever since. Her goal is “thriving.” She has delivered. ?She is the best I've seen for getting medications just right. She wants all the feedback and input I have. She always offers choices. I've never felt so respected as a patient and valued as a person by a psychiatrist.

She is incredibly accomplished, smart, caring, and versatile in her treatment approaches. She never forgets a thing, is always reachable, and genuinely one of the most caring physicians I’ve ever met. She very effectively utilizes various methodologies in her practice. She is also up on all the latest literature in her field. In short, she’s as good as they get!

Dr. Tansey is a very knowledgeable psychiatrist and I would highly recommend her. She is intuitive and empathetic. She takes my concerns seriously and is vigilant in getting my anxiety under the best control. I wish I had met her earlier, she is fantastic. 5 stars!!!

Dr. Tansey has been extremely helpful to me. I’m almost always able to schedule an appt. within a few days of my calling and receive a response to my email questions often the same day. I’ve consulted other psychiatrists in my life, and have never found one as knowledgable, accommodating, and concerned as Dr. Tansey.
