The medical staff are polite, professional & friendly. Always a warm smile & welcome from the receptionist. Staff are never too busy to help you or answer questions. Dr McLennon is extremely kind, always takes her time, and never rushes. In addition, Dr McLennon always gives you a verbal summary of your treatment plan, and again makes sure you don't have additional concerns before you leave.

I wish I could leave a review for the doctor herself, but her receptionist Maria refuses to schedule an appointment for me! My allergies have sent me to urgent care twice for steroids in recent months to reduce the swelling in my face and since I moved down here recently I'm a new patient so I've yet to be able to locate a primary care doctor who can see me until after January. Urgent care told me to see an allergist ASAP, and on Wednesday my insurance company found this doctor for me and was apparently told they're scheduling appointments for next month. Relieved I immediately called and was informed by Maria that she was with someone and could she call me right back. I agreed, understanding that sometimes things demand more attention. 5 hours later I'd not received a call back so I called again. "Sorry, I've been busy I'll call you back tomorrow to schedule an appointment for you would that be alright?" was Maria's response. They're closed Thursdays and Fridays...

I was a hard to figure out patient but Dr McLennan stuck with me and after multiple tests was finally able to diagnose my chronic uticaria and Hashimotos Disease. She works hard for her patients and I trust her.

She has been so caring, good problem solver, very thorough, very helpful at referring if she thinks I need to see someone else , office run really well with good communication...and very approachable and down to earth.

Dr. Kershaw has always taken professional care of and interest in my health including any signs or symptoms related to my allergies. Several years ago when I had an outbreak that several dermatologists missed, she was able to determine a diagnosis and cause for the reaction. Very impressed with her care and services. Excellent staff as well.
