She has been my cardiologist for 20+ years! She has had some crabby receptionists over the years, but the nurses and other staff are caring, competent and professional. Dr. Anderson is experienced and smart, matter of fact, and will expertly attend to your needs. She can't help you if you don't follow her advice, however! Everyone has an opinion but she has kept me going for a long time and provided great care and advice and I don't think there is anyone better!

Dr Anderson and her nurse Rosemary, were punctual, caring and thorough with the first visit. As we are new to the area, some of our records were not forwarded to the Dr on time, she was patient in collecting information from us verbally and with what copies we had of prior procedures. I was pleased with the scheduling staff and do hope that Dr Anderson will be a part of future medical care for years to come.

Saw Dr. Anderson years ago and she did good by me, but when I called the office yesterday to inquire about getting my medical records the office staff treated me like complete garbage. The woman I spoke to was unbelievably rude like I was inconveniencing her so much just to ask her the simple question if I could come in to get my records. It had been several years since I had been there and I couldn’t remember the name of the Dr or practice but I had a feeling it was that place so I asked if they could check if I had gone there. Was treated like I was a complete imbicile. How preposterous for me to call and take 3 minutes out of their day to look me up in the system. She acted like I had asked her to come clean my toilet or something ridiculous like that. I was in such shock by how rude she was to me I was in tears after I got off the phone. I’m a sensitive person but I don’t just cry over spilled milk either. This was unnatural rudeness. Will never go to this cardiologist office again

This is the last straw for me and this office. I understand you want to be like Seinfeld soup kitchen with your appointment times. but your not. I had to take a half day off work to drive over an hour away to see a doctor, I get there at 10:04 for a 10:00 appointment and get turned away. I have been in the hospital twice since the last time I was there and you do not care since I didn't make it on time. So, now I do not care what kind of issues or effect this review or the complaint I filed today has on you. Maybe it will help you feel a ounce of what I felt being turned away today by your snide and nasty staff you have running your windows. Thank you for your time and I hope you treat people better in the future.

I have been going to her office since the old Drs Clinic years ago. She and her staff have always been very nice to me. I can not say anything negative about this office or about Dr. Anderson. I think she is great.

Looks like C T may have found a cardiologist that's God or has done s good job at selling his/her services Find it hard to believe that his afib has been cured by his new doctor. If this is the case Doctor needs to go on 60 minutes to spread the word that he/she can CURE. Hallaluaah!! I find Dr A intelligent enough to be able to interject the human element into her medical practice. Treats patients as individuals not statistic. Than again, I'm intelligent enough to recognize, appreciate.

After reading some of the reviews I was compelled to enter some of my own thoughts. Is some of what has been stated justifiable, sure, but here's my spin I have been seeing Dr Anderson for 2 yrs, never sat more then 15/20 min in waiting room, staff was welcoming and the test that were order I found she was being completely thorough. I am seeing Dr Anderson once a month and haven't felt rushed. Not everyday will be perfect and apparently my heart isn't either, but together the beat goes on!

Office staff very disorganized and the Receptionist is slow and unfriendly. I went in the office for post hospitalization pericarditis on a Monday. They squeezed me in for an Echo on Tuesday late afternoon told me they would call Wednesday for appt. heard nothing, went in on Thursday yo get appt. I'm on a wait list with an appt on 2 weeks! Had to explain over n over this is urgent. I'm off work on blood thinners and in pain. No one seems to know what is going on.never even put paper on the exam

I was in the office, 8 minutes before my appointment to review my cardiac tests, but my visit was denied.. I was not notified that there was a penalty of this happening if I didn't arrive15 min. before my scheduled appointment. I was an established patient,(2 years),and my paperwork was up to date, as I had been in the office within the month for the tests. I felt it was unnecessarily cruel to not inform me of my test results.
