Excellent physician!
Dr. White is gentle, caring and always acts in the best interests of her patients! One never feels rushed nor unheard. She has treated my daughter for years and we feel as if she is family!

Bedside manner off-putting. Approached a concerned mother with prejudices based on inaccurate hearsay from staff. Educated herself on my son's condition by reading his chart to me instead of reviewing it ahead of time. Instead of deescalating the situation, she threw gas on the fire by adding 'you're free to choose a different practice' when questioned about the standard of care in her practice. Then, passed the buck to her underpaid office manager to do damage control. MD not deserved.

Would not recommend this doctor or office. Was not very friendly or interested in making my child comfortable. Was rough with her when checking her ears causing her to cry. Was a work in because of poor information from the appointment desk. Have now changed practices and even hospital networks because apparently Carolinas Medical Center doesn't care much for how patients are treated. Horrible experience would not wish it on anyone.
