Dr. Janelle Engel, MD

I find Dr Engel to be very professional and pleasant She explains the condition and remedies completely and shows great compassion. I would recommend her to friends and family.

After being diagnosed with chronic sinusitis by both my PCP and immunologist, both recommended I see an ENT. I was also suffering almost daily headaches, just above my right eye for over 2 months. Dr. Engel didn't even do the minimum. She looked in my ears and said I had no polyps but never felt around my face in the sinus areas or did much else. She told me ny headaches were migrains. Had she asked, I woud have told her I felt pressure under my eye. She did not suggest a CT scan.

Dr Engel took care of both my children, My son she rocked him to sleep when in the or and did a great job on his T&A . She did a T & A on my daughter in 2005 and all went well. I think very highly of her. I am also referring her to a friend of my son's who needs her T&A. Thank you for being so wonderful.

She was fantastic. She explained everything beautifully, reassuring both of us. She spent a long time answering questions. But here's a big con: the office called 2 days before and sprung a $600 bill on us, right after the surgery center called with a $1200 bill. I'm happy to pay to make my son well, but Dr. Engel's office was unwilling to make financial arrangements. Every medical office I've ever been to knows that most people don't have an extra mortgage payment laying around. I was shocked.

Dr. Engel is a wonderful caring person. Aside from her impressive education, training, and professional accomplishments, she has a wonderful bedside manner and is a gifted physician. As a patient, she listened and addressed my medical problem with a correct diagnosis. Previously, other physicians had failed. Her therapy resulted in healing and resolution of my issue. I highly recommend her to my friends and all ENT associated patient referrals in the future. Damien Brandeis NMD

I wanted to go see Dr. Engel after she was referred to me by an ER doctor. Unfortunately, her extremely impolite, unhelpful scheduling agent refused to book an appointment for me. I'm not sure I've ever been treated so poorly by a doctor's office.
