She failed as a doctor because of her own actions as well as her horrible staff. One of Dr. Leon's patients literally passed away, and it was impossible to get in contact with her, only for her to send sympathy via text DAYS LATER. Her staff completely lacks any form of empathy, an important trait to have in healthcare, and were the reason for delaying any progress for the deceased patient. You're better off finding a doctor that has a staff who knows how to talk and treat people, and hopefully won't be such a disappointment of a medical professional themself. This is the first time at UHealth I had such a horrible experience with a doctor; if you have a loved one or were thinking of going under her care be advised. Appointments, medications, paperwork, anything you need from her or her staff are impossible to obtain and I wish I knew before going to her!

Not only was her staff completely lacking any form of empathy, an important trait to have in healthcare, they were the sole reason for delaying any progress for the deceased patient. You're better off finding a different doctor, one that has a staff that knows how to talk and treat people, and hopefully won't be such a disappointment of a medical professional. The doctors whose patients she took over did above and beyond, as well as most of the doctors at UHealth, but please if you have a loved one or were thinking of going under her care be advised. Appointments, medications, paperwork, anything you need from her or her staff are impossible to obtain and I'm relieved to be switching doctors. I wish I knew sooner to do so

I am very ill. I did not find her to be compassionate or competent. I am not usually hard on people eithrr.

She is very professional

I came to see Dr Leon for my blood test results and the results were incomplete. She has not idea what happened. Who ordered the blood test for my liver? I have to go back next week to have another blood test to see how is my colesterol and sugar level. This place needs a big change. I am considering just to look for another plan. Every time I go Mount Sinaíes in Miami Shores something is wrong.

Dr. Leon is thorough, personable and compassionate. Started seeing her during the pandemic and I am looking forward to having her be my primary care doctor.

I am a physician. I had both an in-person visit/exam and a follow up telehealth session. The overall office experience was very good. My interaction with Dr. Leon was excellent. She is knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend her, (already have), to family and friends. There is also the convenience of being able to have blood drawn in the office.

Dr Leon has been my Dr for 2 years. I find her very professional and very approachable. She takes her time to research and explain any diagnosis. She is always timely with her responses to any questions or concerns. She has a lovely , reassuring “bedside manner”. I have great confidence in her medical expertise. Her office staff is helpful and communicative. I have recommended Dr Leon to others. We are all very pleased with our experience with Dr Leon

Stay away from this place!!! Everything is wrong with then starting with the person in the front desk that make us wait until she finish her personal call. We were there for an annul exam and my husband had some concerns about a back pain and they said they would just take care of one thing the exam or the back pain. Last and worst they send the annual exam to an out of network laboratory and they call me every single day to collect and now is even affecting my credit score and I can not get a new apartment because of that. They did never disclosed that they were going to send to an out of network laboratory, what is they whole point of going to a doctor in the insurance network if they would do that??
