Stay away from this doctor
Dr Mayrin presented herself as a knowledgeable and experienced doctor with the good attitude. BUT this is it. Two of the meds she prescribed to my mother should never be given to her, my mom developed a congestive heart failure and her kidney function has dropped because of those drugs. I asked about those meds numerous times, but was shut off by authority of the medical professional. Number of doctors afterwards told me - my mom should have never been taken those meds. And the original cause of our visit was never diagnosed or researched and ended up worsening tremendously.Don’t ever trust this doctor.

For 23 years I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetes and I was so of frustrated trying keep my A1c in check (after doing everything right). The first time I went to Dr. Mayrin in December 2020 she listened to my concerns and completed a thorough review of my case. At the end appt she stated she wanted me tested for diabetes 1.5. When the results were in, I WAS indeed a diabetic 1.5. I was very upset that this had NOT been detected by my previous doctors. After being under Dr Mayrin's care for 4 months, my A1c went from being between 7.3-7.8 to 6.3. What there's NOT to love about Dr Mayrin!!

Today was my second appointment with Dr. J. Mayrin . This time was on-line visit due to COVID-19. Dr. Mayrin was so patient, even more than usual and she repeated all recommendations twice so I would understand better. She answered all of my questions, made very valuable recommendations and this time she was so happy with my results meaning her recommendations really worked. If you are looking for the best endocrinologist in your area please contact her and you are not going to have any regrets ever. She is the best . Thank you,

What a horrible experience we had with the doctor Mayrin today! Never could imagine such rude attitute to my mom who is 82 y.o.! She not only told my mom not to come to her again but in a rude voice, after that her office did the same when mom came back to ask a question she was so upset that she forgot... How a doctor can do this to a patient! It is not for us, but for other people out there I am warning you about the doctor.
