Spends a lot of time with our sons. Found a heart defect in one of my sons and saved his life. Is always courteous and follows up with phone calls to check on progress if we take one of them for an illness. Never feels like she is trying to rush us out of the room to get to the next patient. Very attentive and shows concern for them.
