Amazing and Caring Doctor
Dr Roda has been my psychiatrist for about 10 years and he's a breath of fresh air. He truly cares about my well being, takes time to listen and ask questions, and has a great sense of how to support his patients. I've had psychiatrists in the past who were careless and phoning it in and this is NOT Dr Roda. Dr Roda is so incredible.

I’ve been treating with Dr. Roda for many years and can say with the upmost confidence that he is a wonderful doctor. He is compassionate, practical, intelligent, and a great listener. His appointment times are flexible and he has always made himself available to help resolve any issues with filling prescriptions, as well as any issues that have arisen between sessions. Can’t recommend him enough!

Refused to see me when I asked for professional help to wean off meds. Obviously, Roda is only interested in profiting with longer term clients. This sort of greedy selection among a caregiver is despicable, especially when it comes to people in dire need of a service in an industry where it is difficult to find providers who will take insurance or that are accepting new patients.

I haven't even met him in person & I don't want to meet with him. I canceled my first appt with him on same day b/c I was sick. I called him back to r/s and he sounded so angry with me. I don't want to see a provider who makes me feel uncomfortable like that. He was silent for a good minute after I said sorry a couple of times...I was sick, idk what else to say but sorry. Jeez not professional. (all ratings are not applicable to me except recommendation & scheduling )

When it comes to your mental health, finding the right doctor can be a daunting task. I saw 4 different psychiatrists in the city before I met Dr. Roda. He has been my psychiatrist since 2007, and I am very grateful to be under his care. He is highly intelligent, down to earth, compassionate, and supportive. Every time I leave a session I always feel at ease. His appointment times are flexible, and he never makes you wait. A true professional.

I've seen Dr Roda for almost 15 years. He's thoughtful, compassionate and dependale. His treatment approach is conservative which works well for me since I'm impacted by treatment changes. He's always punctual so I've never had to wait. I would definitely recommend him without hesitation.

I have been seeing Dr. Roda for about 4 years now. After seeing a couple other psychiatrists, I felt like Dr. Roda was the best. He took the time to talk to me about my anxiety and depression and when we discussed potential medications, he walked me through the pros and cons of each. He has been the only psychiatrist that has been so thorough. He truly cares about helping his clients improve their symptoms and is extremely knowledgeable.

I would not recommend Dr. Roda WHATSOEVER. You go to him at your peril. He will put you on extremely expensive new drugs that have not been well vetted, and he is highly open to suggestion--which in my case led to a near psychotic episode. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS STUFF. I told another doctor about the mix suggested by Roda and that other doctor was shocked. On the other hand, if you know what you want, don't want to change, etc., I'm sure he'll write your scripts.
