Please reconsider if she is your doctor. Wait time for appointments are insane! They deleted my entire medical history on accident & never got it back! Student doctors all of the time, its never her! They tell you she's not there but she's really hiding in her office! I had to demand to see who would be delivering my baby! Worse birth experience of my life with this woman. This lady is so rude and does not care about you or your baby. Her attitude is so horrible. This is no exaggeration!

Waited over 2 hours past my appointment time, they failed to have my lab results even though they had been take 3 weeks prior. When Dr. Smith did see me she had an attitude and asked me "Why are you here?" in an upset tone. I explained to her why I was there and she laughed saying yeah you have this and your options are surgery or drugs. Then proceeded to answer her ringing cell phone not once but twice. She managed to insult my intelligence, my weight, and my mother all in one visit. Terrible!

The wait time is sooooo long. Sometimes she wouldn't be there, which I can understand due to delivering babies, but the staff wouldn't even say anything. I would be rushing to make it to my appointment because if you're late they refuse to see you, only to get there and wait at least a hour. If your appointment is at 4:30pm expect to be seen at 5:30pm maybe 6.
