Wasn't carrying cash for an office visit co-pay and offered my credit card. Staff would not take a CC and asked that I drive to an ATM some blocks away for a lousy 20 bucks. Ridiculous. Hour wait time guaranteed every appointment.

I got approved by the ipa to see this doctor, however there was one more thing they needed from the ipa, and instead of them calling the ipa to ask for it, they told me the day of my appointment that they can't see me and for me to ask the ipa for something that I don't know anything about, when I told then that its their job, they said that they'll call me back and never heard from them

If you stay with this Doctor be prepared to wait at least an hour to see her. This office is always backed up. Definitely will be looking for another Doctor.
