My children are long time patients of this location. We've been there since it opened. We are transferring to a different location due to the constant rude staff. Dr & Nurses are superior, but the front office staff have no customer service skills and have been rude to me for years. This location definitely needs a clean slate. We will not be back.

Front desk not super friendly at all. They didn’t even use my name to address me and didn’t even give any eye contact. Nurses and doctor were nice and personal. Not sure how I feel yet but I thought I’d mention it here

Dr Rollins and her nurses are always super nice. Her staff at the front desk on the other hand, are rude and they don't work with your schedule. I missed an appointment and they never called to see how she was doing or even let me know she missed her well check appointment.. Honestly I forgot.. Happens to the best of us. Unfortunately I'm switching pediatricians now. I would not reccommend this place.

This is one of the worst doctors I've ever come across. She dismissed my concerns with my son at his 6 month appointment. When we switched doctors, we were immediately referred to a neurologist and for further testing. She neglected my son's Health. Do yourself a favor and find a more qualified pediatrician to care for your children.
