Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Their lack of customer service skillls is indicative of a larger problem. I will immediately seek services and mantinance mediacation from a professional establishment. Alex and Sarai are low functioning individuals we lack empathy and social skills, two things that should be required to work as front desk receptionists of any psychologist’s office. The fact that they are so comfortable treating patients poorly lets me know that they are secure in their positions. According to Sarai, the negative reviews are from people who “didn’t get what they wanted.” I was getting what I wanted, but I refuse to be treated that way, especially when I am being charged monthly to even have my prescription filled. Someone needs to look into this place. I suspect the convenience and accessibility to mental health meds is the reason no one has taken it further than merely bad reviews, but I will not stop here. I just want people to know how horrible this place is.

My first appointment is always a little anxiety filled but after just a few minutes he assured me that he was going to take care of me and make sure that we get this right. My second appointment was much better, I actually had something to say and I felt really good when I left. I usually can't sit still or pay attention but I felt at ease with him. I would recommend Dr. Wright if you have a fear of doctors in the first place you will be at ease shortly after you arrive.

Been a patient for many years and Dr. Wright is a concerned and compassionate doctor and staff is very efficient. He keeps a strict schedule, but they reitereated he is very punctual and if you're more than 5 minutes late you have to reschedule and pay cancellation fee. I've always been seen within a few minutes for a scheduled appt so it works both ways. I think established patients should be allocated one "freebie" reschedule as there are elements we can't control such as freeway shutdown.

What a joke! This doctor is a poor excuse for a doctor. Time to retire! I’ve never met such a pompass, arrogant, ego maniac in my life! He was condescending & his bed side manner was awful! What’s worse was that he was totally hitting on me and when I called him out on it, he dismissed me. Can’t trust doctors anymore! I’m debating whether or not to notify the medical board and let them know!

They are not a bad place just deal with a lot of people with troubles. I have been going here for years and they have always been good. I would like traffic to be less on the way there but cant have everything.

Dr. Write will charge you to write a prescription. He’s kind of like a drug dealer. Also, it might be true of all psychiatrists, but there is very little scientific method employed. You are a guinea pig to try whatever the newest drug he is pushing for the pharmaceutical reps at the time. If you know what you want just tell him and you’ll likely get it. I’m not a doctor so I wish he would stop taking such long pauses during the guessing game he calls appointments.

I've gone there for several years without incident, but recently I was caught in traffic and ended up being 7 minutes late. I tried calling several times before my appointment time to let them know about the traffic, but no one answered the phone. I left more than one message. When I got into their office 7 minutes after the scheduled time, they said it was too late and they wouldn't see me. They wouldn't reschedule without charging me $95 for a missed appointment. Customer unfriendly.

What a joke!! This doctor needs to retire. Either I'm boring or I came in time for his afternoon nap. He kept falling asleep. He has absolutely no emotion, talks monotone, I could barely hear him and his office was like a sauna! I don't feel like he listened to me due to lack of questions. 25 minutes later he gave me 4 prescriptions. Who does this? I've been to other psychiatrists before and I know that 4 right out the gate is 2 much. I suffer from depression & ADD. Anyhow, please BE CAREFUL!!!!

Dr Wright was my psychiatrist for over ten years and I never trusted or respected a doctor as much as him. He did everything he could for me and did save my life. I have the greatest respect for him. He got new office staff but when Gayle was there things were wonderful. I did owe him some money and thanks to a negative call from my son which lead him to believe I had left out information was not true but I do owe my firing on my son. If he would take me back as a patient I would make a drive

The treatment of this office is horrendous and by far the most unprofessional and disgusting treatment I have EVER received. This place will over charge you and then mess up on their end and expect your payment from it. I highly encourage you all to not receive any type of treatment from this office or doctor.

I went to Dr. Wright’s for more than a year b/c it very close to my home, but my dislike for the office won against convenience. I've had multiple experiences with rude, unhelpful employees, been charged for an appt. I was 10 minutes late for, b/ not allowed to see my doctor, and been charged various fees for services that other doctors don't charge for. I could go on... If you want to be a number and a paycheck at the doctor’s convenience rather than the patient's, Dr. Wright’s for you!

Don't waste your time. Was referred to him by a psychologist. Called his office 4 times over a three day period trying to schedule an appointment for my teenage daughter and never even received the courtesy of a return phone call. Still haven't and it's now been two weeks.

Their office called to asking to reschedule an appt I had for the next day, so I rescheduled for the following day. I showed up on time. They informed me I was late, and could not see the doctor and would be charged a late fee. They either told me the wrong time for the reschedule or had recorded it incorrectly. They stated they would check with their scheduling service. They never called back. Fast forward one year, I now have a bill in collections and a mark on my credit report.

I see Jeanette Wright who is in the same office and she had diagnosed me as well as gotten my condition treated. She knows medications forwards and backwards, very knowledgeable. After years of major depression and anxiety, it did not feel like the medications from my general practitioner was touching all the bases. I've been diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder and feel I'm finally getting the help I've been needing for a very long time. Thank you, Jeanette!
