Dr. Westmoreland listened & responded to my questions. He gave me a probable diagnosis & prescribed an RX for treatment. He also outlined a potential treatment path if the RX was not effective. I felt that he was truly interested in my case and that I was in good hands.

Office staff friendly and efficient. Although not overly personable, DR Westmoreland seems quite capable and professional. He has addressed my concerns so far.

Dr Westmoreland was very helpful in explaining my issues with my wrist. He then reminded me I never got an mri of my knee from a visit last year so we were able to get that taken care of. He is always concerned and listens to what the patient and family member have to say or ask. Great manners and makes you feel comfortable when you leave.

Nice friendly staff

This was my second visit with Dr. Westmoreland and it went better than the first he did address my concerns and schedule an MRI but prescribed nothing for the pain in my shoulder or for inflammation. He is very good at his job and if you like a very direct and up front doctor he is right for you, if not you may leave offended, I personally like direct and up front.

Dr. Westmoreland listens to your concerns and effectively comes up with a plan to your situation. His Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Scheduling an appointment is very easy and wait time in the office in minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Westmoreland.

I heard the words "I don't know what the loud noise was that you heard" in regard to my knee completely collapsing as I descended a set of steps. I also heard that the xrays were negative. I felt I received good news, yet, days (2 weeks) later I was still on crutches and had no opinion from a physician as to what had happened to my knee. I still dont. It was as if my description of the incident was fantasy. I assure you it was not. Dr Westmoreland may be a great surgeon and physician, Idon't know, but I walked away hearing the words "all you can do is hope this doesn't happen again". I was happy the xrays were negative of course but I felt left in the dark as a whole.

He is knowledgeable, friendly and on time. You never have to wait long and that is a plus in my book.
