Dr Waler always impresses me. He spends a lot of time explaining any issues we mY have and we always leave learning something new about our children. He doesn’t speak over you head, and he’s great with the baby and preteen. Highly recommend Dr Waler.

Front office staff and office manager have poor listening and communication skills. I have one of those plans that requires a pcp be chosen prior to the visit. I explained to them that BCBS always says they've made the change and they actually haven't and that if I have to wait to get an appointment until they do their job, my daughter may not be seen for three weeks. I said I don't care about paying out of pocket and they didn't seem to hear me. You will always fight them if they can't listen.
