Very Rude
He didn’t seem to want to listen. When I expressed being in pain, he maintained a smirky smile on his face and made me feel like I was making it up. While on surgery table he stated that no surgery is needed. (After having numbing solution injected) seems very heartless and cold. It

Finally a doctor who listens rather than typing. He never rushed the visit. Spent a good amount of time checking my condition and find out what's wrong with my arm/shoulder. He's very knowledgeable. He's a surgeon but did not rush me to do surgery or give injections. I did specifically request for him because I liked the way he consulted with my husband. I'm so glad I did. I give him a perfect score for being such a great doctor. I highly recommend and respect Dr. James Van den Bogaerde.
