Dr Visit
Waited 45 minutes in waiting room. Doctor Todd was the only doctor there. Then he asked why was I there. Listened to my concerns then had me take X-ray. I had severe pains in my sides for weeks from recent Physical Therapy Visit. I was given a shot to help with pains. Worked for about a day.

Visit after Fall
Little wait time. I was able to get an appointment same day. Dr Todd was patient and c took his time to explain my injuries. I appreciated his expertise.

It was quick. Did not have a long wait. Took my x-ray. Dr. Todd showed me the x-rsys and showed the toe fracture. Great service

Never even looked at my fractured foot
Waited over an hour- when se finally came to my room he DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY BROKEN FOOT! I had brought x rays from an ER visit in BelIze that clearly showed two fractured metatarsal and was wearing a boot- he just looked at the X-rays I brought - didn’t even look at my foot- I even asked didn’t he want to look ? Check circulation? Pulse ? (The ortho surgeon in BelIze recommended surgery so this wasn’t a simple fracture. ) Then he prescribed meds and didn’t call it in until almost a week later - and it wasn’t even the medication he did he was prescribing.

First time visit
I was a “walk-in” for my first visit and actually saw the nurse before I completed my paperwork. She took X-rays and Dr. Todd reviewed them with me. He issued the medication needed and set up a referral for me the same week to discuss my options. Dr. Todd was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. All the staff there were very helpful and kind.

Wait time was not long. Dr Todd explained everything to us to where we could understand the situation and options. Very friendly and helpful. He made us feel comfortable and trustworthy in just a few minutes.

Bone & Joint Westbank
Dr Todd is not my usual Doctor. But needed immediate attention after my surgery. Dr Todd has a Great bedside manner and very informative of your care. Our concerns were taken care of within a couple of hours. Big relief. I would recommend any of the Doctors at B&J
