Front office staff is incompetent
The office staff doesn’t look at your availability. They called me every other day at a time that i was not available . They don’t care that you have a job and can only take calls at your available time slot. When I had enough was when Tonya called me at 7:43 am and said, “sir, the call went straight to voicemail” and that’s when I had enough because that was before 8:30 am when their office opens. The office manager, Scott Francis, played the blame game and blamed me for me not being available and told me to find another doctor. With Scott’s negative attitude you can tell why the office staff has a negative attitude. Kudos goes out to Dr. Thrasher’s nurse for being apologetic for the trouble the front office had caused me over the last 4 weeks to set up another appointment with Dr. Thrasher and I have unending voicemails, Mr. Francis. Mr. Frances cellfone is five oh one 239-2290, but don’t call it because he’ll blame you for any an all issues caused by he’s staff.

Dr. Thrasher is great endocrinologist. He listens to his patients. Explains everything and always makes sure I understand what we have talked about . I always feel he takes time with me and never feel rushed . I never worry when I go to my appointments because I know that he and his staff have my best interest at heart . I travel 4 hour one way for my appointment. But don’t mind because of the quality of care I get . I feel better now than I ever have . Thank you doctor Thrasher and your staff

I would highly recommend Dr. Thrasher to anyone. He actually sat down and explained to me how the thyroid works and he talked to me about my labs and my ultrasound. I have never met a doctor who cared so much about my problem that he actually took the time to go over everything with me regarding my thyroid. He completely put my mind at ease about the nodules on my thyroid. I have nothing but good to say about this doctor. As far as I am concerned he is the BEST!!!.

Dr Thrasher is very knowledgeable and was very kind as he guided me through very frightening issues I face. He took extraordinary time answering questions I have had since 1980, helping me understand what was transpiring, explaining treatment plan and showing me the goals forward. He has answered God's call in ministering to frightened, broken patients with his knowledge and research. I now move forward, a little stronger and with hope. Thank you, Dr Thrasher!

I have been going to Dr. Thrasher for nearly two years. He is a very caring doctor. Not only is he genuinely caring, he is also very knowledgeable about diabetes and the pump I am using to help get my diabetes under control. He was highly recommended by my personal Doctor and I have never been disappointed. I believe he has done everything in his power to help me get my condition under control.

Dr Thrasher is truly amazing, and I was very lucky to have been referred to him by my PCP. I was frightened and confused during my first appointment, but Dr Thrasher immediately put me at ease. He helped me get on an insulin pump, then later a continuous glucose monitor. I continue to see him every three months so he can check my A1C and tweak my pump. I am always seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Dr Thrasher is never rushed when he sees me, and always answers my questions.

I have been hypo thyroid for 20 years. My #'s were never controlled easily. Dr Thrasher took the time to explain a lot about hypo thyroid I never knew. He monitors my T3, I had only known of Total and T4. He totally understands and explains my condition so that I understand. He wants me to feel great and his example of excersise and encouragement are for me to continue to excersise is wonderful. #'s are in check

My experience with Dr. Thrasher was great! He took a lot of time and explained so much about my diabetes that other doctors have never took the time to do. He suggested me going on the insulin pump to get my diabetes under control . He was really a pleasure to talk with and I'm looking forward to working with him . His office personal was VERY nice and helpful! I will highly recommend him to others!

He helped me get my diabetes under control. He makes periodic adjustments to my pump levels so that I can keep my A1C where it should be. He answers any questions I have. I think over the years he has been treating me, we probably have slowed the side effects of diabetes significantly (eye and kidney problems).
