Dr. Thompson & his staff have been very informative, in that he listened to my concerns, he answered all of my questions. Given the reason that I was there, breast cancer reconstruction, he was sincerely kind. I think he's a bit introverted so you need to ask the questions. He's obviously highly intelligent & knows his work very well. Simply ask & you will see just how much he understands. His staff have been quick to respond even when Dr. Thompson is in surgery. They are kind & knowledgeable.
