Worst intake staff ever.
He formerly was my PCP on my plan. Recently started having panic attacks so decided to go back to him. Well, they decided to cancel about an hour before my actual appointed time. It took 3 hours of constantly calling them back for them to even pick up the phone, they never actually returned the messages I left them. When I finally got through to the receptionist, they basically said they don't care if I'm suffering panic attacks, the soonest they'll see me is the following week, which triggered another panic attack. They told me to go to the ER and hung up on me.I have no idea how good or bad Dr. Song is right now, as his reception staff is pure garbage. They don't care about you.

Very professional. Dr. Song is one of the best doctors in the area-- always welcoming, empathetic, and caring. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese as well as English and Spanish. Great experience!

Like what most people here said, he seems to always be in a hurry, almost always walking out the door as he answers your "last" question. Makes me think that it might be an insurance thing? If I had an executive plan or PPO, will he spend more time attending to me, I wonder.... I need to start looking for a replacement... it is just unfortunate since his location is close to where I live.

Extremely long wait times. Hardly had a chance to speak with the doctor because he left the room so quick. They asked which medication I tried so far and I explained which ones were not working. Went to pickup my prescription and it was for the same medication I told them did not work. They sent me for blood work, had the blood taken and never received a call back after 3 weeks. Was told I would be receiving a referral for XRAY but have not received, also been 3 weeks. Do not recommend.

Dr, Song is a good doctor. But he does not spend much time with his patients. He has physician assistants or nurses helping him out getting information about the patients and then he comes in at the end of the visit to complete the visit. His office staff are not friendly. They never get my prescriptions correct; sending to the wrong pharmacy. The staff never call you back. It takes at least 2 wks to get an authorization for an x=ray. Wait at least 30 mins to go the the exam room

The last time I went there, I had to wait nearly one hour in the room before an NP came to see me. And after I asked to meet the doctor, he came and answered my questions in a hurry.

Always seems to be in a hurry, literally spent less than a minute with me on multiple ocassions and was already heading out the door. That is unacceptable when it's your health you're dealing with. Rarely seen by him, more often I was seen by different nurse practitioners. Do not recommend.

Dr. Song is a man of very few words and probably because he sees too many patients in too little time. I met him in two different hospitals. He always showed up late and stayed for about one minute and just took off.
