Dr. Smith is by far one of the very best physicians I have ever known. I worked in the medical field in years past and have known many doctors. In comparison, Dr. Smith is thorough, knowledgeable, understanding, he listens carefully and is easy to talk to. He is encouraging, compassionate, and a kind person. I highly recommend him without any hesitations. I have left the Newnan area and drive 50 miles each way to continue my care with him and his wonderful assistants, Callie and Deborah. I am grateful for all that they do.

the most caring understanding doctor around. listens and does not blow you off, if you don't understand he will explain. If all doctors trained under him they would be wonderful.

The most caring down to earth Doctor ever. He does not sugar coat anything and speaks in a way that his patients can understand. He is never to busy to answer any questions and he is always there if you need him. Dr. Smith has caring nurses working for him they go up and beyond their call of duty. Dr. Smith's nurses are polite and professional. Appointments are on time, easy to make and if for any reason they are running behind, you are notified. Every doctor need to follow his examples.

Dr. James M. Smith has been my primary care physician for a number of years ... I cannot imagine having anyone else as my Dr. His in-office assistants are far better than the best. Most of the front office staff are wonderful, but also a few who are just flat out rude - The rude staff members don't know the words: please, thank you, we'll be with you in just a few moments etc.
