Horrible. The staff here has voice mail in their offices so you it's impossible to get in touch with them and my PET scan that was supposed to be ordered STAT has been sitting in the review process for a week now because the staff did not expedite the process. Cancer doesn't wait.

This doctors office replied to my terrible writing 17 months after I posted a one star terrible rating and when I called them back they don’t have any idea what I’m calling about and want to know why am calling after that they’re the ones that did a what now appears to be a fake post about wanting to actually help or care what it takes or 17 months to reply I think this office speaks for itself with that

Dr. Sinclair has been my doctor since 2016 and because of him my health is been more stable than it has been in years as he really cares about his patients and is concerned about keeping them as healthy as possible. I like his friendly demeanor and he fully understands my overall health situation.

I had an extremely positive consultation with Dr. Sinclair. He explained my options for treatment and the side effects of each. Dr. Sinclair is very bright and I totally trust his judgment. His staff is wonderful!

Dr. Sinclair completely dropped the ball regarding my wife's ITP. He was impossible to get a hold of directly without making an appointment (even when she had bleeding gums and a CBC below 10) and his staff improperly filed paperwork to get an IVIG (they failed to expedite it). My wife finally had to go to the ER after 4 days of no advice of immediate treatment from Sinclair and his office.
