TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Beth is the “manager” here and REFUSED to help me when asking to reschedule my appointment and for a possible refund on a $40 deposit. Beth hung up on me while I was attempting to ask her questions. Please, if you call this office for services DO NOT speak to Beth. As a patient with Dr. Shaw, I would like a follow up from someone who can help me in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Dr Shaw is just as skilled with a scalpel as he is with injections. So great to find a Dr who cared enough about his patients to do his own injections. Bonus is his ability to explain why he is doing what he does in a way I can understand.

Dr. Shaw did my filler and I love it, it still looks very natural which was important to me. The staff there is super friendly, Chelsea has been doing my Cool sculpting and I can already tell a difference! My Mom has started coming here too!

Dr. Shaw, Lindsay and Jillian were all very kind and helpful. I went in for a mole removal and decided to address extra body concerns. Dr. Shaw, especially made me feel comfortable in showing my concerns and guiding me on the right treatment. I liked that not everything was under the knife. I felt very comfortable having a consultation with Dr Shaw and his staff. I feel like he really listened to what I wanted to accomplish and did not try to talk me into going larger. I was happy about that because it was important to me to look natural, like "me" again. The surgery was flawless. My incisions are amazingly barely there. Dr Shaw is a wonderful surgeon who surrounds himself with a great team.

Dr. Shaw and his team are great! Not only do they provide great customer service from start to finish but they also give exceptional patient care. They do a fantastic job at explaining everything (products, procedures, pricing, etc.) Whenever I am visiting from Nashville I try to stop by for a visit! They're that good!

I had visited a total of 4 plastic surgeons in Wichita and KC area concerning the extra skin on my upper eye lids. I am a business professional/owner and was very concerned with the outcome of my procedure. Dr. Shaw was by far the most knowledgeable and experienced doctor that my wife and I spoke with and am very pleased with my outcome. I am considering having a neck lift this winter and he will be the Doctor I will go to

My experience with Dr. Shaw and his staff was nothing short of amazing. I went to Dr. Shaw for a mommy make-over. In July i had a tummy tuck and breast lift with implants. I could not be more pleased with the way my body looks and the way I feel. Dr. Shaw was caring and i never felt like he was rushed with me.
