Dr. James Sellman, MD

My family has gone to Dr. Sellman for over a decade now; hhe is absolutely one of a kind. Dr. Sellman truly is one of the most intelligent, altruistic, and genuine individual one could hope to have the possibility of working with. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field but also has a keen ability to take that vast knowledge base and personalize it to fit you and your families specific needs; and he does so in a highly specialized way. He has both wise intellect and all the care one would want with a true human component. Over all we can say with no uncertainty that we recommend him fully with each of us knowing he has truly exceeded our expectations outdone himself when it comes to both his professionalism and genuine care for his patients. Thank you Dr. Sellman you will always have a special place in all of our hearts.

Amazing. I’ve have my life back. No opioids have been prescribed. He is understanding with PTSD. Also he has gone above with his help. He listened to me and never once tried to proscribed opiates. He has saved my life. Anyone that blames him for patient abuse of his treatment ending in death is not his fault. He would never prescribe 4 types of opiates to anyone in my year and half of seeing him.

Could it be that he's been addicted for a while? I was on opioids! Dr Sellman was the one who got me off.

Bad experience w Pamela Stacey.. I called and asked if she carried insurance and told yes. After a mixup due to fact I was not told she worked in Dr Sellman's office, I made an appt. I was given many pg registration, stating Dr Sellman did not accept insurance but it stated P Stacy did.. I had not finished registr when Stacey called me in and we talked. After, she said she didnt take Medicare, so I left. Then got a bill for $160. As the office was unclear, I should not have been charged.

For my deceased brother hooked on level four opioids. Why can a physiatrist prescribe that level of pain medication?
