Great Doctor!
Dr. Sawyer is the most kind and gentle doctor I have ever been to. He listens intently and never makes me feel like I need to rush. He patiently explains any diagnosis and treatment plan and makes sure that I am involved in the decision-making process. I sometimes feel that his nurses are a bit brusque, but then, I have never had to sit in the waiting room more than five minutes for an appointment, so I am thankful that they keep things moving.

Negligent
He dismissed my mothers debilitating neurological disorder when her previous physician retired, telling her to go see a psychiatrist. Absolutely appalling to know this kind of person has a medical license and made an oath to do no harm. He’s negligent, insulting, and has extremely poor people skills. I hope he gets the boot soon or the same neuro pain my mom suffers, so he knows how off color that remark truly was. Do better.

Pleasant bedside manner. Readily shares information and discusses things with patient answering questions and explaining, also providing written information. Office returns phonecalls promptly and is fairly easy to get hold of. Dr. Sawyer makes sure proper labwork is done and is ready to refer to a specialist if needed. Also find his additional knowledge of pharmacology reassuring. Dr. Sawyer is a welcome addition to our medical community.
