Recently I was there for a routine follow-up. I was taken to an exam room and had the customary few questions by a nurse. Then, I waited, and waited, and waited. After TWO HOURS had passed I got up and went to the front to leave. The staff asked for my paperwork and I told them how long I had been waiting and had NOT been seen! This is not the first time this has happened. But, I have decided it will be the last. I have put things in motion to switch to another provider.

He is very personable and gives you the information you need. Doesn’t try to push a bunch of drugs on the patient all at once, but discusses your choices and care that should be considered.

I was very impressed with Dr. Richardson, Ashley and all the office staff who bent over backwards to help me get an appt. to take a test needed for work. The wait time for the results was reduced due to a time limit I had. If I ever really need urgent heart care, he will be my doctor. The wait time may be a little longer than I am used to, but seemed very well organized so everyone was called and tended to. I went in several times to inquire and watched. Thank you all!
