What a rude doctor
I had a very difficult consult with this doctor, he did not ask if I had any questions, just bull dozed the conversation, made his treatment plan and left the room, apparently he didn't tell his nurses the plan or something because I then sat in the room while I heard them laughing and chit chatting. I was so distraught, with recently being diagnosed with cancer and the experience with this doctor I just waited because I felt so immobilized. I ended up sitting there for 45 minutes and I came out to ask what was next and they looked at me as if I was a nuisance. It was so awful, ended up going somewhere else.

I went to Dr. Rembert after receiving a diagnosis of prostate cancer. I really had not idea how to proceed, and had no network at all for cancer care. He took time to talk with me — and to listen. He described possible courses of action, and recommended other doctors who I should consult. And he initiated a couple of important follow-up tests, right then and there. I walked out of his office feeling like I had a clear plan — and that in his care, I would be in good hands.
