Fungal infection at incision
Dr. Reiss has refused to acknowledge that I received a fungal infection during my ablation in September of 2021. Nearly three years later, I am still suffering from whatever resulted from that surgery. The day after my surgery, I began to get a rash where the leads were inserted within my groin area. I took photos the day of my surgery and subsequent days chronicling the site for future reference when I noticed the rash. I showed the photos to my family doctor and she even agreed that it was a result from the surgery since the progression was obvious. She wrote to Dr. Reiss and he determined without seeing or talking to me that there was no correlation. He is wrong. This has resulted in scarring, odor, and frequent inflammation. No one wants to take accountability. Dr. Reiss needs to go back to his graduate program and retake his ethics module. On a good note: The ablation worked...for now. And I agree with the other reviewer that he has terrible bedside manner.

Had ablation surgery
Dr Reiss. Did my ablation surgery in 2009. I had svt and my heart rate would go up to 240 beats a min. I tried everything. Meds. Etc nothing helped. I have been great ever since and so glad I had this surgery. I was always worried and scared when I had the episodes and had to go to the er several times to stop and restart my heart. And he fixed it and I would highly recommend him.

I was diagnosed with paroxysmal afib. I had nothing but problems and headaches getting my prescription and the amount of the drug required for my occurrences from the Dr. and his assistant Katrina. He told me he would order the required amount for a year and then ordered less than half that amount. I spent hours going back and forth with his assistant Katrina who was HORRIBLE to work with. She talks to you, or I should say talks OVER you like you are an idiot. Horrible customer service skills!
