Dr. James Raccuia, MD

Dr. Raccuia and his staff are very friendly. He is very knowledgeable and has a caring personality. I had a couple procedures with him, and he recommended a regimen that could prevent a surgical procedure.

Dr. Raccuia has done an awesome job for me. I have had my first colonoscopy with him. He explained everything very well to make me feel at ease. That experience went very well. I also had to have two surgeries preformed by him this year (2022). He has an exceptional bed side manor. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He demonstrates a true caring manor for his patients. My husband also was a patient of Dr. Raccuia. I was impressed that he actually had reviewed my husbands information the night before. Instead of in the room with us like most doctors do. That, to me, says something. I definitely would recommend to everyone.

Dr Raccuia is not only a kind human, but a very skilled surgeon. He has taken off multiple bumps which have all healed quick with no issues. He also diagnosed my biliary colic and symptomatic cholelithiasis. He saw me and was able to read my symptoms very quickly. I was boarded for surgery the next day. Dr Raccuia spent the time getting to know me and made me feel like more than just another appointment.

Very nice person but not experienced enough with complicated surgeries. He operated on someone I love & the results were not good! The person had to have a second surgery to correct what was done in the first surgery. Very unpleasant experience!!

Dr. Raccuia was very thorough and professional. He did a phenomenal job removing my gallbladder robotically and I have already healed well in less than 2 weeks. I have seen many surgeons for different surgeries over the years and I would definitely return to Dr. Raccuia if needed (although I hope not to need him again!)
