I went in, in great pain, for what I thought was an extraction. What I found was the chief concern was how I would pay for it, and the statement that it would be a month before he could do it. I won't go back. Would rather let my plumber do it.

Front desk staff is one of the rudest staff i have ever talked to. They were even rude over the phone and accuse you of stuff you didnt do. If the front desk staff cannot deliver great customer service then I wouldn't want to see the doctor. I wont be back!

I had my bottom to wisdom teeth removed, it was a great experience under Dr. Phillips care, almost like it never happened. I would highly recommend!

My dental implant was placed and I had many issues with the stitches and healing. During this process I experienced the worst customer service from his staff. I made appointments with the doctor and I would show up and the doctor would not be available. Nearly impossible appointment setting. After having to reschedule many times because they could only see patients 1 day a week they told me they wouldn't continue to treat me because I rescheduled too often. Very rude and confrontational staff.
