The best still practicing
Most thorough doctor I have ever seen. Dr. Pearl takes an extensive history. He did the most thorough physical exam I have ever had. No rushing. Lots of thinking, pondering. Looks at all x-rays, CTs personally not, just the report. Does not use computer during visit.

He does not visit his hospitalized patients. I was with my sister 24/7. I asked nurses to let me talk to him, She was in critical condition and he NEVER checked her. He his no jewel,

I was warned that he is always behind, but he is the only one here today does bronchial thermoplasty. His waiting room is full of people with books because they have to wait so long. I never waited less than 35 minutes, once nearly 2 hours. When I mentioned it he was pissy about it. After my BT treatments, I never heard from anyone asking how it went. No one ever checked to see if it worked. And I got very little improvement. Some people do improve Be prepared to wait.
