Excellent. Dr Nik is the best Dr. Who ever would like to know where Dr Nik is he's in Palatine Midwest Medical. I'm so glad I track I tracked him down the best I'd give him 10 stars if I could

I am shocked and saddened that he left the practice! I have been going to him for over 20 years and trust him implicitly. He also treated my late husband. I am trying to find out where he went but no luck to date. I will keep searching!! He is an excellent doctor who really cares about his patients. What a loss.

Have gone to him for over 20 years. Goes over everything with you and answers all your questions. So sad he left the practice. We will find out where he is and follow him there. Thanks Dr Nik for all you have done. Everyone of my specialists have told me what a great intelligent Doctor he is.

So sad to hear that he's left the practice. Something strange is going on with the Advocate. Now as of today 9/28/2021 Dr. Chimino is on an indefinite leave, what the heck is going on ? I think the Advocate is cleaning house & getting rid of the good, experienced Doctors &replacing them with those that are wet behind the ears. This is like any other business , trying to save a buck. It might be time to look for a new dr. Out of the Advocate. The one star that I'm given is for the Advocate, not the dr. ( He deserves a 5 )

Truly saddened by him leaving He’s been my doctor for years

Dr. “Nik” has been my primary physician for nearly twenty years. He is cordial, attentive, and LISTENS to have a better understanding of your ailments—a rarity today. He has earned my trust and loyalty. He is a wonderful doctor and person.

Best Dr. I have ever seen, I was seeing Dr. Chimino but he lost his C2 Prescribing license due to several lawsuits due to overprescribing Opioids. So I was set up with Dr. Nick who is also a D.O. and he was soooo much better than Dr. Chimino. He wasn't scared of writing Opioids like most Dr.'s today and kept me on my feet and working. Without Dr. Nick, I don't know what I would do. Now as of late I have been told he has left the practice over a HR issue? Doesn't sound true, a Dr. for over 26 years, breaks a HR rule? I call B.S. Anyway I have a upcoming appointment with him and they would of had to call me and and the rest of his patients to try to re-schedule them with another Doctor in the Firm. Which I would deny. Dr. Nick will just go to a different Firm such as Amita and treat out of there. Anyway if anyone has been called and re-scheduled please post on here so I can start looking for another Firm as I hate Advocate in its entirety.

Dr Nikolakakis, my primary physician a part of the Advocate health system and his office has been unresponsive to my needs.After test results from Mayo Clinic to diagnose a chronic pain condition.They have not responded or completed followed up. As a primary health physician I feel it is important that he provide that continuity of care suggested by Mayo Clinic.I do not believe doctor Nikilakakis has the capability to help patients. I suggest using someone else.

Very disappointed!! Dr. Nikolakakis and staff neglected to follow up with patients chronic pain.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Nikolakakis! He's very knowledgeable, extremely patient, courteous and goes above and beyond to help out in any way he can! He will always take the time to discuss and answer any concerns or issues you may have!!

Down to earth and very friendly.Really cares about his patients. Takes his time and explains everything to your satisfaction.

Dr. Nikolakakis is compassionate and understandinding, beyond this he is knowledgeable! I wouldn't change doctors.
