Dr Miller is a fantastic doctor. Very pleasant , knowledgeable and kind. He has a great disposition but I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. Not because of Dr. Miller; he's fantastic. This office's decision to employ phone operators such as Brandy is such a disservice to the physician. Tammy and Brandy are mean spirited, talk down to patients and create a poor environment . Sadly, You are unable to make an appointment, fill a script etc.. without dealing with these young lady. I know many businesses are struggling with being short staffed and finding competent and kind phone operators but they are the first and last person that you speak with during the process. Life is too short to deal with "negative Nellies". Lord knows, we can all use a little kindness. Personally I don't have much room in my life for people and businesses that are disrespectful toward others, much less paying clients. I'd love to recommend Dr Miller. Sadly, I can not endorse these practice

I had a test that was very important to me ran that no one bothered to ever give me the results to. This isn't the first time either. Almost anything that required outside testing would result in me having to leave multiple messages. Just today I found out that I had a balance sent to collections which is pretty odd being that I have a flex spending account and pay for Co pay before leaving. There are signs everywhere that say Co pay must be paid before leaving, so how did I get out the door.

Dr. Miller himself is an excellent doctor. I feel he was thorough and took time to listen to me. However his nursing staff as well as his office staff are horrible at their jobs and seem ambivalent to my very existence. The nurse used non-sterile methods and was rude during our entire experience. She snapped at me and rolled her eyes as I spoke to her as if I was bothering her by making her do her job.
