Nice doctor
First time seeing him as a new patient. I found Dr Mason to be very friendly. He listened to all my concerns and treated some skin cancers and brown spots. Did not make me pay for the cosmetic parts. Said he'd bill insurance first. Said he would refill all my prescriptions and made sure I was seeing an eye doctor cause one of the medications can cause eye issues. Very happy with my visit.

Only touch was a handshake when he walked into the room. Did not fully review my history (written or verbal). Extremely dismissive and demeaning. I all but begged for lab testing to confirm his diagnosis and he repeatedly said that he knew what it was so he didn’t need to. That was a $40 “stupid tax” - I should have listened to a friendly warning the day before my apt.

I made an appointment with Epiphany for eczema & skin cancer screening. The work areas were disheveled with boxes, papers and folders on every surface. The Dr did not knock before entering the room & I was still standing in my panties & bra. He did not introduce himself. He spent perhaps 5 minutes looking at my skin and skipped my scalp, private areas, chest & belly. He did not listen when I tried to speak about the eczema. I will NEVER return to this clinic.

Dr Mason is a terrible doctor. He and his nurse did not listen to my concerns, made arrogant assumptions about my condition, told me to figure out for myself why I’m having skin problems, would not give me medicine for 2 of my problem areas, and told me to apply a strong medicine he did prescribe to a sensitive area. Very poor bedside manner and pompous. Strongly recommend avoiding this doctor.
