He treated me like a criminal and made the incorrect and terrible assumption that I was trying to get away with something in regard to a controlled substance! I was unimpressed with him anyway, but his firing me as a patient took the cake. Good riddance!

Hands down the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. He not only does complete blood panels he takes the time to explain the results and what I needed to do to try to correct. His exams are thorough and he’s genuinely concerned in my well being.

VERY arrogant and rude. Did not listen to my concerns. I am not brilliant by any means but I am not stupid. This is how I was treated. Every time I tried to talk to him he was more concerned with talking in to his microphone. Stay away . Find another doctor.

I will not be seeing Dr. Marnock again. I felt my main health concerns were dismissed, and doubted repeatedly without any basis, and without him asking further questions about them. His focus during our visit was on an unrelated part of my medical history that is now irrelevant to my health needs. Despite explaining this, he kept bringing it up which seemed unwarranted.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Warnock. He spent 40 minutes with me. I felt comfortable with him and he has an excellent way of explaining test results. I'm very happy with my Dr.

Dont often leave reviews but feel this critique is valid and necessary. Family just moved to Asheville looking for a primary care physician, two daughters are heavily into sports and as an arborist I frequently run into problems from the extreme physical exertion/wear/tear. This particular physician singles himself out w/a focus on sports medicine so I thought he might be a good fit. Upon calling, the rep was extremely rude & acted like I was troubling her with trying to give them new business!

My family has had Dr. Marnock as our Primary Care Physician for several years. He is like a member of our family. He KNOWS us and we appreciate the time he spends us with us. Tamara, his assistant and office manager, is equally efficient and knowledgeable. She can answer most of our questions whenever we need advice. Pam and Donna are equally warm and welcoming.

I tried to set up an initial appointment here and the receptionist was very wary of taking on a new patient and was not very welcoming. She started asking if I had health issues or took medications, which I don't and said that when the Dr is out he is out and you'll have to head over to urgent care instead. That is useful information but wish it was given to me in a more polite manner. I'll take my chances somewhere else. I'm surprised this place had good reviews.
