This Dr has a great warm spirit caring nature
My name is Kathy and I had my first visit with Dr Lott he introduced himself and was so welcoming and polite and caring nature he seemed to really care about what I was feeling and going through..he really listened and explained stuff when I asked .he was in no hurry with the appointment visit then prescribed me medicine walked me out told me to have a good day ..he was a great doctor I'm so glad I went to him ..thank you Dr Lott for being you and taking great care of me ..I appreciate you .. and as a bonus he resembled Sir Elton John ...smiles

No return calls
Have called numerous times about my aunt’s changing needs due to her dementia. Crickets……spoke with 3 different people trying to get a message to Dr Lott…..one is the supposed office manager. Ridiculous.

I have critical asthma. It was completely out of control until I started seeing Dr Lott. He had me admitted to the hospital and after my asthma was cleared up he gave me the correct medicines to keep it under control.
