Unable to Trust Any Longer
Arrive slightly early for appointments; wait for one to one and one half hours for Dr. Lord. This is not because he has another patient. He can be heard walking around and just B.S.ing with people. His medical expertise has deteriorated so significantly in past year that we found another doctor. Wish we had done so sooner. A serious heath condition could have been diagnosed and treated earlier if Lord had been competent.
