Dr Lee is excellent and has been consistent from the first visit, caring, very attentive and always provides comprehensive explanations in every plans, procedures and addresses our concerns and questions. He listens to his patient's suggestions and Provides explanations when the suggestions are not beneficial to my issues or problems. I wish all care providers have the same attitude, concerns and compassion as Dr James Lee.

The Dr was excellent. I will go back to him for any other medical treatment

Everything explained very well

For years Dr. Lee has been treating us, and my wife has bouts with vertigo. Today she is ill, the doctor's offices says he is too busy to see her. Really ? Urgent care is no good, tried that route, and they really can't do anything - - - Dr. Lee is familiar, and although has no real solution (he never suggested any way to cure), he does know what meds are needed to mitigate the symptoms. Now we can't get his help when we need it? Forget him, as he forgot us.

Excellent doctor! Very patient and calm, I came to his office in Englewood and read my results, physically examined me and then explained everything I needed to know before my thyroid surgery, after finishing and explaining the “cons” of this surgery he asked me if I had any other questions. Without a doubt I am very happy that he is my surgeon!! My problem is actually when it comes to scheduling my appointment for surgery: I think it's really bad that nobody speaks Spanish in that office or at least that they aren't able to find a translator. Now I don't know how to get my appointment :(

Dr. James Lee explains well, answers questions, is professional, friendly and courteous. I went to see him due to sinus problems. He did a thorough exam and even cleaned my ears. We live near Englewood Cliffs office but had to.go to westwood for an appointment since the schedule was very busy. We highly recommend him. This was my 2nd visit with him

I visited Dr. James Lee yesterday in Westwood because of a concern with sinus concerns after waking up in the morning. It turned out to be a simple winter fix, a squirt of Flonase the night before, or a humidifier. Having a humidifier on hand the humidity made all the difference. Thanks for your expertise.

Disappointing. Like others on this board, I found him indifferent to the patient before him (my elderly husband, suffering a perpetually clogged ear). Borderline condescending and unwilling/unable to explain why he was prescribing eye drops for an ear infection.
