All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr Lee is disrespectful and rude to his patients and their families. He will not take responsibility for the lack of communication and mistakes made by himself and his staff. He certainly is in no hurry to treat his patients for their Cancer diagnosis. For being a Cancer Dr, he surely has no heart!

Do not ever take handicapped patient to him!
My nephew developed testicular cancer, a cancer which has a very high percentage for being totally cured with treatment. My nephew is developmentally disabled and was referred to Dr. Lee. During the initial consultation, Dr. Lee said it would "be inhumane" to treat him. Upon questioning Dr. Lee about the outcome of not receiving chemotherapy treatment, he said my nephew would die. So let him die without attempting to save him?! My nephew is currently under another doctor's care and receiving chemotherapy and doing well. I would never take a handicapped patient to him since he values their lives so low and I would question how he qualifies his assessment of the life of someone with handicaps whether it's disability or age or whatever.

I took my adult handicapped son to see Dr Lee yesterday. I was not impressed. The doctor left in the middle of our appointment because he received a call on his cell phone. He was gone about 10 minutes. Then while discussing my son`s cancer Dr Lee said if my son didn`t have chemotherapy the cancer would return and take his life. In the same visit Dr Lee also said he thought it was "inhumane" to give my son chemotherapy because he has other health issues. Apparently Dr Lee thought it was more "humane" not to try at all. He said he did not feel comfortable giving my son chemotherapy and was going to refer us to Rochester. We are not going to be returning to see Dr Lee or anyone else at Broome Oncology. Time is of the essence when a loved one has cancer. You just wasted ours. If I could put zero stars I would.
