Dr. James Lainiotis, MD

I don’t even know where to start – My 85-year-old mother and father have been patients for 20 years. Something over the last two years drastically changed this practice for the worse. Ask yourself a question; Would you rather have a Dr. that doesn’t care, or a staff that doesn’t care? I would say staff because they don’t own the practice and never took an oath to care! Either way – NEITHER CARES. My mother was scheduled for a 9:00 am physical and believed she had a 9:30 appointment and showed at that time. The receptionist told her she was late for her 9:00 appointment and they couldn’t take her and she had to reschedule AND SENT HER HOME! Who does this to an 85-year-old woman and for the record, my mother has a better memory than I do – It was a 9am appointment and NOT ONE PATIENT was even in the office! Needless to say, she found a new doctor that actually cares and a staff that is kind and thoughtful and wants to show up to work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lainiotis for over 10 years he is a very good attentive man who listens to your concerns and does follow up calls and gives you recommendations and prescribes whatever you want him to prescribe for you and he's very courteous and very easy to talk to and very simple to get an appointment with. Receptionists are not very friendly. And quite nasty with patients. Dr Lainiotis should attend to this because I have the office a lower grade because of his front reception.

Dr. Lainiotis is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately the receptionist is completely unprofessional and very nasty. She talks about patients while others are sitting in the waiting room and she can be clearly heard. She has absolutely no compassion if you are sick and need to be seen in an emergency situation. She is the reason I'm leaving and seeking another doctor.
