Late, late, late
I am a new patient in Modesto. The first time I saw him he was 1.25 hours LATE! I sat in the exam room for 45 minutes alone and nobody came in to check on me (and it was after 5p). I left the room to see if any medical staff was still in the office. I honestly thought they put me in the room and closed because they forgot about me. No. He was still there. It was still another 30 minutes before I saw him. I left work early to get to this appointment. I told the doc that and he seemed unphased as he said he was “taking care of his patients.” Today, Christmas Eve, I had a 1:00p appt. I drive 30 minutes to get to my appt on time. I checked in and, AGAIN, he was running an HOUR behind. This is rude and inexcusable. You’d think that the least he could do is let his patients know when he is behind so they don’t need to wait so long. Also, on several occasions it has taken days for him and his staff to respond to a message. I’m done.
