Dr. Krause has been my primary care Physician for many years but service by the medical personnel in this facility has been dismal. I had a confirmed appointment (received 2 e-mails confirming date and time) with Dr. Krause on 10-29-19 at 11:30AM. When I reported for my appointment at the front desk at around 11AM, no one indicated to me that Dr. Krause was not there. After waiting for over 1 hour and 15 minutes I asked the front desk to check on my appointment. I was first told that Dr. Krause was running late which was not true (He was not even there). Then later on at my insistence, the front desk tried to call his office (no answer) and finally clerk went to his office to discover no one was there, not even his assistant. At around 1PM when I returned home, I received an unapologetic phone call from Dr. Krause's assistant indicating that there had been "a misunderstanding"asking me to set up another appointment which I declined.

I went to have a EKG and afterwards requested the information be forwarded to another doctor so I could get another procedure scheduled. I later found out the Dr. Krause's staff lost the results. I had to reschedule another EKG after completion of the second EKG I was assured the results would be forwarded to my other doctor again. It's been three weeks and still my other doctor hasn't received the results of either of my EKG's. Dr. Krause's staff doesn't return calls or take care of business.

Dr. Krause has been my primary care Physician for 15 years. In that time during physicals and appointments he has spotted issues that have been life threatening three times regarding my three different forms of cancer. Each has led to the needed care @ MD Anderson. I am indeed indebted to him.
