My kids all saw Dr Kratzer for pediatrics. He remains the best Dr we’ve ever seen. Compassion, great listener, advocate and very knowledgeable. He never hesitated to send my youngest to a great genetic specialist who we continue to see, Dr Winter. He helped me get through some tough times and I will forever love and appreciate him. We all love Dr. Kratzer!
My kiddos have been seeing Dr. Kratzer for 16 years. He is patient, kind and caring. He truly listens to them and makes them feel heard and valued. The staff is also wonderful to work with, and have gone above and beyond to help. My situation can be complicated because my children have autism and have needed extra paperwork for IEPs and reports etc. So I have truly appreciated Dr. Kratzer and his office staff. Thank you Dr. Kratzer!

We love Dr. Kratzer and his team! I see some people complain of the long wait times. That can be true, but keep in mind that when it is your turn to be seen, you get all the time you need. A long wait means there was a really sick kid or really scared parent who needed more time before you, and Dr. Kratzer gave it to them. When he first examined my newborn son, my husband called him The Baby Whisperer. His presence is extremely calming for all. I am grateful for Dr. Kratzer, Mary Graves, et al.!

Dr Kratzer, and Mary Graves are wonderful! The office and medical assistants could really use an overhaul. I had to follow up (3pm - I gave them time) with the office the day after x-rays to find out if my 11 yr old sons hand is really broken. When they called me back at 4pm to confirm the break we were referred to Valley Children's to get the cast. Our visit & x-rays were on a Wednesday; my son did not get a cast until the following Monday at 2:30pm. I will miss the doctors, but not the service
