Excellent Doctor for knees
I've found Dr. Kipnis to be friendly and understanding of my knee issues. Thorough, without wasting time. He replaced both of my husbands knees, and both had great outcomes. Yes, I would definitely recommend him. Staff at his Lakeville office also seem to be nice and efficient.

Dr. Kipnis has treated myself and several family members for various orthopedic problems/sports injuries for years. He has done successful knee surgeries on my husband and myself. Most recently he did my total knee replacement . I had no post op problems, and at the 3 month mark I am doing great . With that Bing said , I think his a great doctor and highly recommend him.

I went to Dr. Kipnis for knee pain. He took an X-ray and suggested physical therapy since the brace was so uncomfortable. I could hardly walk. Did not order an Mri. Am awaiting surgery for multiple tears in meniscus. Would not recommend D. Kipnis.

Not sure what’s wrong with elbow, giant bump protrudes & pain up & down arm. It is progressively getting worse. Xrays done in office, wasn’t really explained the problem. Dr. just said I should use ice packs & nurse tried to sell me a arm band with an air bubble in it for $55. If he didn’t see a problem, why did he suggest I get an MRI...just looking to bill my insurance. Requested xrays & will follow up with a different Dr. Total waste of time & money.

Dr Kipnis has a great bedside manner. He is very understanding about your concerns and will do his best to explain the procedure to you a way you will comprehend. My surgery was successful and I was surprised to heal as promptly as I did.

I made an appointment with Dr Kipnis as I had read good reviews. I have never had a receptionist be so rude to me. I told her that my doctor in Seattle would only fax my records if Dr Kipnis' office would fax them a letterhead. I don't know what was so difficult about that but she said they couldn't do that. I said I would have to come in without the records. She got huffy and actually said "whatever!" I cancelled my appointment. Not worth dealing with rude receptionists each time.

My father and I have been seeing Dr. Kipnis for over 20 years. I am 37, just to give you an idea. Was very active in athletics throughout my life, and Dr. kipnis has helped me return to the field, Rink, and Mountain as fast and efficiently possible. He is always professional, kind, and caring. Not too mention he knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him; especially if you are an active person (former college athlete especially), bc as we all know; your body doesn't bounce back as fast

Terrible. This doctor did not take the time nor effort to take care of my illness and concerns. His staff was fine, but Dr. Kipnis was not. I left his office very depressed at the end of my appointment. I asked him about surgery for my knee, since I have no cartilage and now have bone spurs....or injections that replaces the cartilage between the bones.....he said loose weight and we'll talk. What a thing to say. I spent more time with his assistant than him.

Dr. Kipnis performed ACL surgery on my right knee in February. He was excellent and my recovery was going real well until I fell walking down a faulty staircase and fractured my patella. He saw me that day even though he was about to leave for surgery when I called the office. I was scheduled for surgery 3 days later. I've seen Dr. Kipnis several times this year and he is always attentive, professional, and takes time to answer all my questions. He also always returns phone calls promptly.
