Still Waiting
I did a televisit with a PA. They wrote a prescription on Wednesday afternoon and Now it's Monday @ 4:30 and still nothing. I have not been able to get it filled for 3 1/2 days. I have had to make 9 calls to the office and no one has been able to help. Every time I leave a message on the phone NO ONE ever calls back. I even asked to speak with a Manager and after keeping me on the phone for an additional 25 minutes was hung up on. All that I was told that was needed was a Preauthorization form filled out.
