I was visiting from my home state of Texas. The issue I had was ongoing and cumbersome. My primary GYN hadn't offered any type of solution or relief. While I was in Richmond, my condition became progressively worse. A friend recommended Dr. Jones. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and performed a corrective surgery the following week. He is the absolute BEST GYN I have seen. I will be traveling to Virginia from Texas yearly for my well woman check ups!

I went to him for annually check for a pap smear as new patient. I called him and his office about the agony pain I was have no response!!!! I couldn't walk or move after the process.. I went to office and no response him of course... A rude staff member gave prescription for birth control pills and pain pill with my name spelled wrong.... Then, 2 week later I needed surgery for internal bleeding.. This Dr is Crazy....

Dr. Jones is the best doctor I have ever been to. I recently moved to S.C and was sad because I couldn't bring him along with me. I ended up having my last child at home. Dr. Jones always reponse to his after hour emergency call in a timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. I love and miss them dearly. I recommend him and his staff to everyone.

Dr.Jones is a highly experienced OB/GYN Doctor. He can meet any and all needs from check -ups to childbirth. He's very caring and knows what he's doing. For years I thought a female would be more ideal due to assuming women would be more educated on a womans body, and issues, however, not the case at all. Best OB/GYN Doctor I've ever seen, wish I'd found him years ago. 2 years and counting. CONS- Can't stand his unprofessional nurse, if he rid her i'd give 5 stars

I have been going to Dr. Jones since I was 18 years old and I'm 40 now and I love him and his staff. Very nice and family oriented environment. I highly recommend Dr. Jones.

The office staff, the nurse staff is horrible, they have no knowledge of how to run anything around there. My wait time for a new patient was an hour and a half just to be seen, then I had to sit in the back for another 40 min. for the doctor. The nurse never came in and she then questioned me as if I knew why I was sitting in there for so long. The office staff is rude, and did not ask if I wanted to follow up with an appt. I will NOT be going back. I will NOT recommend to anyone.

I love Doctor James E Jones Jr.He is a great doctor and wonderful person. He really cares about his patients. He has A great personality and he is a man of faith. And he gives great advice as well as treat whatever personal health issues you may have. I know because he is the reason why my now 11year old son Kevin Beverly made it here safely into this world. And when I was pregnant with my son I was not a walk in the park. LoL Thanks Doctor Jones

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones since 2005. He is thorough and very informative about what ever female issue you may have. He goes over and beyond to make sure he gets to know his patients individual needs. He has been very helpful since 2005 when I was pregnant with my son and he diagnosed my endometriosis in the early stages.
