Disappointed
Staff wasn't friendly, didn't listen, showed lack of interest, was miscommunicated with several times prior to walking. Ms. Heather did put forth an effort which was appreciative, but after conversations with other staff members for requests, I'm uncomfortable renewing at this location. I honestly felt the focus was more on my coming in to get billed before service performed or to meet my request of documentation needed for diagnosis already determined.

The Dr. Did not know anything about medicine. I brought him everything you need medical papers prescription's, diagnosis had follow up appointments on record of Emory specialist's lined up before hand. (I DID ALL THE LEG WORK) & He refused to verify any prescription's with my Pharmacy and said they dident answer, then said it doesn't matter. To be to the point they are not true professional's at this location. The Attending Physician Dr. Jo has a bad bedside manner. Just go to a medi clinic.
